Overnight Oatmeal

Want to make breakfast easier in the morning? Try this overnight oatmeal recipe. It has lots of fiber and is gluten free.

Ingredients: 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 cups oats 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp salt 3 tbs butter 3/4 cup pecans (optional) 1 tsp cinnamon

1. Coat crock pot with cooking spray or add liner 2. Add all ingredients and stir 3. Cook 7-8 hrs on low 4. Stir then serve with an extra drizzle of maple syrup
